For two weeks, AM980 will encourage listeners to enter with Herbal One Challenge at am980.ca. AM980 will select three winners to partake in a 9 week Herbal One Program. All three winners will join report & demonstrate their positive progress and outlook from the use of the Herbal One program through customized web page and a blog at am980.ca encouraging other AM980 listeners to join Herbal One!

Winners will be required to follow the Herbal One plan, have weekly weigh-ins at Herbal One and make bi-weekly blog entries with a photo illustrating their progress (participants may have these pictures taken at AM980 Studios or at Herbal One). AM980 On Demand members will have the opportunity to vote for who they think will make the best progress based on their personal goals. After the first two blog entries of the trials ­ one AM980 On Demand member who has voted correctly will be selected to win a nine week Herbal One program.
